THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.7805 AND 7850 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER The claim of the petitioners is that they have purchased the subject lands under respective sale deeds and filed applications dated 13.12.2016 to the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, under Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Act, 2006, for conversion of land from agriculture to non-agricultural purposes by paying the requite amount. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent in disposing of the said applications, the present writ petitions have been filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer to consider the applications of the petitioners dated 13.12.2016 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
