HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32691 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the online application dated 11.05.2015, submitted by the petitioners to conduct the survey of the land situated at R.S.No.229/2 of Madiki Village, Alamuru Mandal, East Godavri District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in spite of repeated requests, the respondent authorities are not taking any steps to make survey of the subject land mentioned in the application dated 11.5.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a fresh application through online enclosing all the relevant documents in respect of the subject land, in which event, the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, to deal with same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four months from the date of submission of the fresh application, by giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
