The only grievance of the petitioner is that the first appeal in AS.No.7/2006, pending on the file of Court of Agent to Government/The District Collector, East Godavari District at Kakinada, is not being disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed Second Appeal in SA.No.759/2007 against the order dated 11.01.2007 passed in AS.No.7/2006 by the Agent of the Government, East Godavari District at Kakinada, and this Court by setting aside the said impugned order dated 11.01.2007 remanded the matter to the Court below for fresh consideration and to pass appropriate orders, after giving opportunity to both parties, in accordance with law, within a period of one month; and that inspite of the same, AS.No.7/2006 is not being disposed of till date. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare.
Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of AS.No.7/2006, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to both the parties in the appeal, within a
period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
