THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASEKHAR REDDY W.P.NO.29357 OF 2016

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. The case of the petitioner as per the averments made in the writ petition is that he, along with his brothers, were allotted subject land by then Tahsildar, Kavali Taluq and D-form patta was issued. In the revenue records, the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar entered the names of his brothers, but failed to record his name. His grievance is that though he made representations dated 20.6.2015 28.7.2016 to 3rd and 4th respondents, no action has been taken. Hence the present writ petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has not made any application under Form- 6-A of A.P. Rights in Land Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, giving liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application in Form 6-A of 1989 Rules. When such an application is filed, the same is directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. AVS ------------------------------- 31-08-2016
