ORDER:

This company application is filed to direct the Official Liquidator to compute interest on the claims provided under Rule 179 of Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, for the period subsequent to the date of winding up order. The applicants have also sought for release of a sum of Rs.11,13,23,651/- as an interim payment. Today, this Court has passed a comprehensive order in Company Application Nos.519 of 2015 and batch. The learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that in view of passing of the aforesaid comprehensive order, no further orders need be passed in this application.
