THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38515 OF 2015 O R D E R :

Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Jyothi Prasad, Standing Counsel for respondents.

2. In this Writ Petition, petitioners assail an order dt.19.10.2015 of the respondents withdrawing affiliation of the 2nd petitioner-College to the 1st respondent-University.

3. A reading of the impugned order indicates that it was not preceded by any show cause notice inviting petitioners' explanation and it also does not contain any reasons for withdrawing the affiliation of the 2nd petitioner-College.

4. Therefore, the impugned order is prima facie in violation of principles of natural justice and it is accordingly set aside. However, this will not preclude the respondents from taking appropriate steps against the petitioners in accordance with law and principles of natural justice.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
