THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32736 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pasam Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein will submit a fresh representation to the respondent-GHMC and the same may be directed to be considered in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to submit an appropriate representation/application to the respondent-GHMC, within a period of three weeks, and, if any such representation is made, the same be considered and appropriate action/appropriate orders be passed, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
