Ms. Rubaina S Khatoon, the learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed a letter dated 09.02.2022 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to them in law.

Permission is accorded and the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
