THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.45903 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing the Provisional Seniority List put up by the respondents and not considering the petitioner's representation dt.14.12.2016 in respect of his seniority in the post of Horticulture Consultant for the purpose of promotion to the post of Horticulture Officers in the Horticulture Department of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Petitioner has no cause of action to challenge the Provisional Seniority List unless the Final Seniority List is put up by the respondents, since it is possible that the respondents may consider petitioner's representation dt.14.12.2016 while finalizing the seniority list.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to question the Final Seniority List, if he feels aggrieved by it. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
