HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT A N D HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 19187 OF 2017 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) This writ petition is filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking mandamus to declare the order dated 08/3/2016 passed by the AP Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No. 830 of 2016 as illegal, arbitrary and modify the same by suspending G.O.Ms.No. 1 Home [Legal-II] Department, dated 07/1/2016 and to consequently direct the official respondents to promote the petitioners to the vacant posts of Head Constables in District Armed Reserve, Vizianagaram district and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. After advancing some arguments, Sri A. Ravi Shankar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this writ petition and grant liberty to file review before the Tribunal for correction of the clerical mistake crept in the order dated

08/3/2016 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No. 830 of 2016.

3. Permission is accorded with liberty as prayed for.

4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
