This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 17.8.2016 passed in I.A. No.874 of 2012 in I.A.No.585 of 2012 in O.S. No.80 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Kanigiri, Prakasam District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.80 of 2012 on 17.1.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
