THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN ARBITRATION APPLICATION NO.43 OF 2016 ORDER:

Sri Challa Gunaranjan, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that by oversight the jurisdiction of this Court was invoked under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act" for brevity), even though the application should have been filed before the Supreme Court under Section 11(9) of the Act. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to move the Supreme Court. Granting liberty as sought for, the Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
