This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.3 to 5 in Crime No.188 of 2014 of Renjal Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
