This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.197 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nirmal, Adilabad District.

As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 11.04.2016, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
