Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Writs, Order or Direction, declaring the action of 3rd Respondent in not issuing pattedar pass books and title deeds in favour of petitioner in spite of applications made by him online on 16.09.2015 under MUO No.011501432701 and on 08.11.2016 vide Application No. MU011602935461 as illegal and arbitrary and to consequently direct the third respondent to forthwith issue pattedar pass books and title deeds in favour of the petitioner under the provisions of A.P. Rights in Lands and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 1971, in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.7.02 in Sy No.204-2, Ac.6.67 in Sy No.216-2 and Ac.9.50 in Sy No.218-2 situated at Kodiginahalli Village, SRD of Chilamathur, Hindupur Mandal, Ananthapuram District by considering and acting upon the applications made by petitioner online on 16.09.2015 and 08.11.2016."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the applications dated

CPK,J WP_43446_2016 16.09.2015 and 08.11.2016 made by the petitioner through online for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in his favour. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that he has no objection for the same provided the said applications are still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the applications dated 16.09.2015 and 08.11.2016 made by the petitioner through online for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in his favour, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
