By the order under appeal, the Writ Petition was disposed of directing the Station House Officer to comply with Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned Government Pleader for Home expresses no objection to the petitioner withdrawing the Writ Petition. The order under appeal is set aside. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, and the Writ Appeal is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
