This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings I I \ against him in C.C.No.1629 of 2024 on the file of learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Mahabubabad. 2.

Heard Mr.Allam Nagaraju, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his arguments to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted to pass appropriate orders.

However, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the presence of the petitioner before the trial court is dispensed with provided that he is represented by a counsel before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall
