Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is already pending before the authorities by way of representation dated 28-10-2016 and seeks direction for consideration of the same. Heard Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with rules within a period of (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
