THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8036 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking bail in Crime No.30 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ramakuppam Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 324, 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file fresh petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition.
