This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order Lr.No.C3/113/2015, dated 18-11-2016, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in rejecting renewal of Arms License bearing No.475/MON, by Endorsement Lr.No.C3/113/2015, dated 10-08-2016, contrary to the recommendation of 4th respondent by letter No.G1/91/2870/2015, dated 16-06-2016 and contrary to the directions issued by this Hon'ble Court in WP No.28199 of 2016, dated 01-09-2016 in respect of 12 DBBL bore gun bearing No.

70830-98, which was purchased by me for the purpose of Security Guard Job from the beginning, now rejection of renewal on the ground Renewal of License cannot be considered for the job purpose, which is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to Rules, violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently quash the order Lr.No.C3/113/2015, dated 18-11-2016, issued by the 2nd respondent and further direct the respondents 1 to 5 to renew my Arms Gun License bearing No.475/MON of 12 DBBL bore gun taking into consideration of letter No.G1/91/2870/2015, dated 16-06-2016 issued by the 4th respondent and order in W.P.No.28199 of 2016, with all consequential benefits or otherwise myself and my family will suffer serious loss."

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can prefer an appeal against the order, dated 18.11.2016, of respondent No.2 before the authority concerned invoking the appropriate provision.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
