Kavuluri Chandra Sekhar v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.32737 of 2018 ORDER:
In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard to non-registration of a crime and non-issuance of an FIR pursuant to the report, dated 05.08.2017, of the petitioner lodged against the non-official respondents 5 to 10 with the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Eluru, West Godavari District. 2.
I have heard the submissions of Sri Penumaka Venkata Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. I have perused the material record.
3.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that a case in Crime No.218 of 2018 was registered, on 10.09.2018, and that an FIR has been issued; and that in that view of the matter, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, no further orders are necessary.
4.
Recording the submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
