This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.33 of 2016 from the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Kurnool or any other competent Court, Kurnool. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has withdrawn F.C.O.P.No.33 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the purpose of filing the transfer petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
