THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.1685 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 19.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.210 of 2015 in O.S.No.28 of 2010 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Parvathipuram. 2.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.28 of 2010 on 29.10.2018. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
