THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.39357 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner w.e.f. 03.07.1975 i.e., after the completion of five years of services from 03.07.1970 as per G.O.Ms.No.212 dated 22.04.1994 without insisting upon existence of vacancy and pay all monitory benefits w.e.f 25.11.1993.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for School Education.

Admittedly, petitioner retired in the year 2008 in un-aided post, but the petitioner is seeking relief of regularisation from 1970 as per G.O.Ms.No.212, dated 22.02.1994. It is not known why the petitioner waited for almost eight (08) years for filing this writ petition and no reasons are given for the same. It is not know how the petitioner's services can be regularised without vacancy. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition at the belated stage after the petitioner got retired from service in the year 2008. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
