HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.23802 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by grand parents seeking production of their grand-child, who is hardly two and a half year old.

Admittedly, the child is with the parents i.e. respondent Nos.7 and 8. Respondent No.8 is daughter of the petitioners. It is not in dispute that respondent Nos.7 and 8 are the natural parents of the child and the child is in their custody.

In view thereof, in our opinion, Habeas Corpus Petition is not maintainable and it is dismissed as such.
