HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32714 OF 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 3 and 4, in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pursuant to the applications dated 12.12.2017 and 16.12.2017, submitted by the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.6.29 gts, situated at Sy.No.550, 551/1, 552/1, 553/1, 554/1 and 555/1 of Bandayelikicherla Village, Kulakcherela Mandal, Vikarabad District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted the on line applications on 16.12.2017 to the respondents 3 and 4 seeking to record their names in the revenue records in the respect of the subject land, no action has been taken so far.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, to deal with the online application dated 16.12.2017, submitted by the petitioner seeking to mutate his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the concerned. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
