The Present Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:
"to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.2 in disposing of the ROR Appeal No.A/2357/2016 filed by the petitioner on 14.10.2015 against the mutation and grant of pass book and title deeds in favour of unofficial respondent in respect of land to an extent of Ac.0.34 Gts., in Sy.No.51 and 52/A situated at Laxmipuram Village, Warangal Mandal and District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the said appeal within a reasonable time." 2.
The grievance of the petitioners is that though they filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent in the year 2015, till date the same is not disposed of.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that a direction may be given to the authorities to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, as early as possible. 4.
Having considered the submissions made by both the counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of ROR Appeal No.A/2357/2016 filed by the petitioner on 14.10.2015, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably
CPK,J WP_34468_2016 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
