This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.110 of 2013 on the file of the Madgul Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 I.P.C. and Section 3 of PDPP Act.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the matter was already ended in conviction and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
