Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

" ....to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in issuing pattadar pass book and title deeds to the petitioner duly mutating his name in the official records for the land admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents in Survey No.771/ 3, situated at Sathuluru Village, Nadendla Mandal, Narasaraopet, Revenue Division, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary."

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to dispose of the application dated 03.12.2016 made by the petitioner through E-Seva vide No.MU011603000835 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records by issuing title deed cum E-Pass Book. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the same, provided the said application is still pending consideration. 4.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to pass orders on the application dated 03.12.2016 made by the petitioner through

CPK,J WP_46715_2016 E-Seva vide No.MU011603000835, if it is still pending consideration, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioners and the aggrieved persons if any, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
