THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6130 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, by the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.9 of 2016 on the file of Gudipally Police Station, Nalgonda District.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 366 and 109 I.P.C.

4. The truth or otherwise of the said allegations can be ascertained by the Investigating Agency during the course of investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings against the petitioners in the above crime. The petitioners were already granted bail on 13.4.2016 vide order in Crl.P.No.4864 of 2016. Copy of the said order is also filed. Hence, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court if any charge sheet is filed against them.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
