THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.619 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 11.01.2013, passed in I.A.No.197 of 2012 in O.P.No.242 of 2011 by the Judge, Family Court-cum-III Additional District Judge, Warangal, wherein, the petition filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, was allowed in part, granting interim maintenance of Rs.2,500/- per month and a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards litigation expenses.

As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the original petition was closed on 30.12.2013 by the trial Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
