HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.30386 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in refusing to issue original certificate of 'Radio Diagnosis' to the petitioner, even though she had successfully completed the course in the year 2010 from the 4th respondentCollege as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Tadi Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent and the Government Pleader for Medical & Health appearing for respondents 1 & 3.

3. Both the counsel submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court dated 20.06.2014 in W.P.No.16313 of 2014.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is allowed, in terms of the order dated 20.06.2014 in W.P. No.16313 of 2014, directing the respondents to forthwith release the original Certificate of 'MD in Radio Diagnosis' to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
