The present appeal is preferred by the sole defendant in O.S.No.573 of 2007 on the file of XII Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated 17.04.2012, passed in the said Suit.

Memo, dated 18.07.2016, is filed by the learned counsel for appellant, having given notice to the other side, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the instant appeal.

In terms of the Memo, dated 18.07.2016, permission is granted for withdrawal of the instant appeal. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
