ORDER:

This company application is filed by the Official Liquidator for receiving the valuation report of the Valuer; to permit the Official Liquidator to collect a copy of the valuation report from the Registry of this Court in order to file an application to seek permission for sale of the land admeasuring 813 sq. yards together with complex constructed thereon situated at door No.12-25-12, Sivalayam Street, Kothapet, Guntur; and to order that the costs of this application do come out of the assets of the applicant company.

By order, dated 02.12.2014 in Company Application No.1306 of 2014 in C.P.No.128 of 2005, this Court appointed Mr. Pradeep Kaparthi as Registered Chartered Valuer for valuation of the aforementioned property. Along with the present application, the Official Liquidator has produced the valuation report, dated 16.03.2015, in a sealed cover, which was opened in the Court. A perusal of the valuation report, dated 16.03.2015, shows that the Valuer has valued the immovable and movable properties including furniture of the applicant company at Rs.1,76,50,950/-.

The said valuation report is accordingly taken on file and the Company Application is allowed as prayed for.
