HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.33002 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the order of eviction of petitioners from their lands to an extent of Ac.2-32 cents in Sy.No.22/1 situated in Pedabhimpalli Village, Devipatnam Mandal, East Godavari District in pursuance of the order passed by the 2nd respondent in CMA.No.38 of 2014, dated 10-03-2018 pending disposal of revision before the 1st respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.4343 of 2014 by its order dated 27-02-2014.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, who does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the revision and/or the application for stay filed by the petitioners on 18-08-2018 against the order of the Additional Agent to the Government-2nd respondent dated 10-03-2018 in CMA.No.38 of 2014 and pass appropriate orders therein expeditiously within four weeks from today. Till the 1st respondent passes appropriate order as directed above, there shall be stay of eviction of the petitioners. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
