THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1011 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 in Crime No.283 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Zaheerabad Town Police Station, Medak District, registered under Sections 498(A) IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer submitted the charge sheet before the Court concerned.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
