Sri Satu Rajeshwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 19.02.2016 to the Registry stating that his clients want to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
