The grievance of the petitioners is that though the revision filed by them before the 1st respondent against the order dated 10.03.2018 passed in CMA.No.1/2018 along with stay petition, is pending, the respondents are trying to evict them. Aggrieved the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the revision filed by the petitioners against the order dated 10.03.2018 passed in CMA.No.1/2018 is pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the said revision, in accordance with law. Till disposal of the said revision, Status quo, with regard to possession of the subject land shall be maintained. No order as to costs.
