THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23621 of 2015 ORDER:

With the consent of parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

The petitioners state that they are the absolute owners and possessors of different extents of land in Survey No.374/1 & 375/1 of Lakshmipura Agraharam, Kondruprolu Village, Tadepalligudem Mandal, West Godavari District, having purchased the same under registered sale deeds. The allegation of the petitioners is that under the directions

of the third respondent, some contractors started digging work for branch canal in the said land, without issuing any notice or taking up the proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act. In the circumstances, the petitioners seek indulgence of the Court to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondents not to interfere with their personal property without following due process of law.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the property of the petitioners without following due process of law.

No orders as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
