THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12553 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in an unregistered crime in Trimulghery Police Station, Hyderabad.

Petitioner is working as a Tahsildar. Alleging that in the report forwarded by the petitioner with regard to the land in GLR survey No.243 of Trimulghery Mandal, the District Collector has placed him under suspension and also directed the RDO, Secunderabad Division, to initiate action for registration of a criminal case against him.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor represented that no case is registered against the petitioner as of now. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, this criminal petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if any notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. is served on him. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J December 04, 2015.
