ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed against an ad interim ex parte order directing attaching of immovable properties of the petitioner after issuing sale notice, while ordering notice to him. As rightly submitted by Mr. P. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for respondent No.1, the petitioner has the option of making an application before the lower Court for raising attachment and also for recalling the order passed under revision. No justifiable reason is pleaded by the petitioner to straightaway file the present revision petition without first moving the lower Court. In this view of the matter, the civil revision petition is dismissed without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the lower Court for raising the attachment.

As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P. No.1142 of 2016 shall stand dismissed.
