This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.5 in C.C.No.151 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Shadnagar, Mahabubnagar District. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
