The petitioners have filed the present application seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to pursue appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Though respondents 2 and 3 have filed counters, in view of the request of the petitioners, the application is ordered. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
