THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.32694 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.3 in not accepting to register the complaint dated 07-022018 for theft of the Petitioner service meter vide USC No.107973158 in Plot No.188 in Block No.3 admeasuring 234 Sq.Yards in the Southern Part of Land in Survey No.78 (i.e.,78B as per internal division) situated at Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R.District, is as illegal, arbitrary, unlawful, unconstitutional, and against to the principles of natural justice and to pass such other order or orders the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

I have heard the submissions of Sri V.Venkata Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after this writ petition is filed, on 10.09.2018, the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Hyderabad, has registered a case in Crime no.815 of 2018 and that in that view of the matter, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 4.

Recoding the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

MSRM, J W.P.No.32694 of 2018 Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
