CVNR, J & AVSS, J W.A.Nos.639 & 641 of 2016 Dt: 23.09.2016 Common Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These two Writ Appeals arise out of separate but identical judgments of a learned Single Judge whereby the respective Writ Petitions filed by the respondents herein were allowed. A perusal of the record shows that the issues involved in the present Writ Appeals are similar to those decided by a Division Bench of this Court, of which one of us (CVNR, J) is a party, vide Common Judgment, dated 08-09-2016, in WA.Nos.1120 of 2015 and batch.

Following the same, these Writ Appeals are dismissed with the direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
