HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32703 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent, in not considering the applications dated 15.5.2018 and 18.6.2018 of the petitioner for mutating his name in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.20 cents situated at Sy.No.77/1 and Ac.0.22 cents situated at Sy.No.76/1 of Ramarajupalle Village, Kadapa Mandal, Y.S.R Kadapa District, as illegal and arbitrary.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that initially he made an application for noting down his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and the same came to be rejected by the revenue authorities on 31.5.2018. Thereafter, petitioner submitted another application on 18.6.2018, by paying requisite fee by duly enclosing all the relevant documents and the same was also rejected on 6.7.2018 on the ground that the relevant documents were not produced. No communication was served on the petitioner to that effect. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh application through on line by enclosing all the relevant documents, in which event, the respondent authorities would consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application through online enclosing all the relevant documents in respect of the subject land, in which event, the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, shall deal with same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four

months from the date of submission of fresh application after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
