THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.514 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the lawful construction work made by the 1st petitioner in the plot admeasuring 2369.16 square yards, situated in Sy.Nos.217 & 217(part), Chandanagar village, Serilingampally Mandal, Range Reddy District, basing on notice, dated 11.11.2011, as illegal and arbitrary. While ordering notice before admission on 06.01.2012, this Court passed the following interim order:

" There shall be direction to the respondents not to interfere with the construction made by the 1st petitioner provided the 1st petitioner is making construction in accordance with sanctioned plan.

There shall be direction to the 1st petitioner not to make any construction on the tank bund and also 9 meter buffer zone has to be maintained from the toe of the bund."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that in pursuance to the interim orders passed by this Court, the respondents are not interfering with the constructions made by the petitioners.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
