This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the code') by petitioner/ de facto complainant seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.358 of 2015 of KPHB police station, which was registered against the respondents 2 to 4 for the offences punishable under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. The petitioner/ de facto complainant and the respondents 2 to 4 filed joint memos of compromise in Crl.P.M.P.No.9964 of 2015 as well as in Crl.M.P. No.9965 of 2015 seeking permission for compromise in the matter by compounding the said crime. The parties stated that they wanted to purchase peace and they have settled their disputes outside the Court.

3. Having regard to the above, to sub-serve the ends of justice by invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. permission is accorded and Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9964 of 2015 and 9965 of 2015 are ordered and the offences supra are compounded.

4. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to FIR No. 358 of 2015 of the KPHB Police Station, Hyderabad are quashed. The bail bonds of the accused in FIR No.358 of 2015 of KPHB Police Station, Hyderabad, who are respondents 2 to 4 in Crl.P.M.P. No.9964 of 2015 and the petitioners 1 to 3 in Crl.P.M.P. No.9965 of 2015, if any, shall stand cancelled. 5 . Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
