This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking regular bail in Crime No.83 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Adilabad II Town Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 IPC.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if the trial Court will not complete the trial within six months, liberty may be given to the petitioner to file an application seeking regular bail. 4.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. The learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adilabad is hereby directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file bail application after expiry of six months, if the trial Court fails to dispose of the case within the time stipulated. 5.
With the above observation, the Criminal petition is disposed of.
