HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33031 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to consider and dispose of the Statutory Appeal No.A2/1582 of 2017, dated 09.08.2017, filed under Section 11 of Survey and Settlement and Land Records in Andhra Pradesh, 1923 and consequently declare the inaction of respondent No.1 in considering the Appeal No.A2/1582 of 2018, dated 09.08.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.
